Hi, I’m Megan,  originally from Dunfermline in Scotland, but I’ve proudly called Devon home since 2014. I’ve spent over 15 years in the beauty industry, building my experience across luxury retail, education and advanced beauty services. My career began in luxury cosmetics, where I worked as a Counter Manager for Lancôme and later as a Supervisor for MAC Cosmetics, before moving into education — spending eight years as a lecturer in beauty, makeup and nail technology and eventually overseeing an entire Hair and Beauty department at a local college.

After years of adapting my style to fit different companies and roles, I realised I wanted to create something that truly reflected me — my aesthetic, my values, and my vision of what a luxury beauty experience should feel like. And so, Reputation Beauty and Aesthetics was born. Named after my favourite Taylor Swift album (I’m a proud Swiftie, so don’t be surprised if she’s playing in the salon!), Reputation represents confidence, growth and embracing your passion unapologetically.

I’ve created a luxury home studio combining high-quality treatments with a calm, welcoming atmosphere, offering a carefully curated range of beauty and aesthetic treatments — including Naturabuild overlays, Glossify gel polishes, HD Brows and Brow Lamination, body waxing, and advanced skin rejuvenation. Outside of treatments, I’m a huge coffee and matcha lover, so you’ll often find seasonal drinks on the menu, and I have a slight obsession with neutral interiors — expect ever-changing beige-toned décor that evolves with the seasons.

My goal is for Reputation to be so much more than just an appointment. I want it to be your time to switch off, relax, and leave feeling confident, refreshed and glowing. I can’t wait to welcome you into my little corner of luxury.
